oh hey there, what's the craic?
My name is Ruthie Orlaith, Welcome to my wee studio, a whimsical wonderland nestled in a garden shed in Northern Ireland.
From a young age i've been crafting my way through chronic illness. im often unable to leave the house (or even my bed) which eventually led me to step down from my retail job, but creating art here at home allows me to work in a way that my body allows.
To create means to be brave, vulnerable and willing to be truly seen. To turn pain into beauty, and joy into creation.
And guess what? I couldn't do it without you!
