Enjoy free delivery on all UK orders over £50 — no code needed, it's applied automatically at checkout!
⏱️ Processing Time
All of our handcrafted items are made with love and care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it's dispatched. During busy periods (such as holidays), processing times may be slightly longer — we'll always keep you informed.
Print-on-demand items (art prints and other Gelato products) are made to order and have their own production and shipping timelines — see below.

🖼️ Print-on-Demand Items (Gelato)
Some of our art prints and products are produced and fulfilled by our print partner, Gelato. These items are made to order, which means:
- Production typically takes 2–5 business days
- UK shipping rates range from approximately £2.48 to £19.23 depending on the product type and size
- US shipping is available at £2.00 for cards and prints
- Delivery timescales vary by destination — estimated times will be shown at checkout
Because these items are made especially for you, they are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
📦 Tracking
Where tracking is available, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch notification.
